Why should I use Webshop?

Design agencies may tell you that to develop a premium, professional website, it could take several weeks or months—and it will be quite expensive. Searching the pool of freelance designers out there is difficult, and the quality of their work can be unpredictable. Hiring a full-time employee is often not feasible, and again, is a lot of work.

Webshop offers many years of experience designing and building websites, culminating in an efficient process making beautiful, effective websites.

Is there a limit to how many web pages I can have?

There is no limit to the size of website we can build. We do limit the new, 12 day website builds to 3 pages. But with a Website Growth subscription, we can build the site as large as we need to. For eCommerce and Blog projects, you can create up to 2,000 pages by easily adding your content, via a content management system (CMS) to a page template that we build for you.

What content do I need to provide you with?

In our kickoff meeting, we will work with you to understand everything we need to know to build the website that you want. The more information you provide us with, such as brand messaging, brand visuals, or inspiration that you like, the easier it will be for us to align to your vision. That said, if you just come to us with a mess of ideas, we can still make something great for you.

Can I change content on my website after you build it?

Absolutely. The beauty of building our websites on the Webflow platform is that their content management system (CMS) is so easy to use. You can easily edit text and images. If you make an eCommerce site or Blog, you can easily create new products or posts on your own.

Can you match my existing brand?

Of course! We ask that you provide us with any brand guidelines and assets that you have. We'll make sure that your website seamlessly matches the look and tone of your brand.

Do I need an existing brand to get a website?

You don't need an existing brand to build a website. We can create something from scratch for you. If you have an idea of what you want the site to look like, it would help if you provide us with some other websites or imagery that you like for inspiration. The more you show us, the more closely we can align to your vision.

Who are the designers?

Webshop is a small cohort of highly experienced designers and developers. Set up a call to meet with a designer on our team face to face.

Can I cancel a Website Growth subscription?

Yes, you can cancel a subscription at any time.

What if I don’t like the design?

During the creation of your website, we will offer you 2 chances to provide feedback and request changes. With our kickoff meeting and these 2 additional rounds of feedback, we're confident that we can give you a website that you like. If by the end of the two weeks you are still not happy with it, we can continue to refine the website with a Website Growth subscription.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the work?

Due to the high quality of the work, and the amount of time it takes to make it, we do not offer refunds.
